My husband and I cant say enough AMAZING things about our stay. From weeks prior to hours after check out Kaitlyn has been AMAZING! This listing is everything and more, we most definitely will be returning to this “home like” listing and of course the host plays a huge factor in that. Everything was so clean, the kitchen has everything you need and more! Everything you need for the beach she has in stock! The bed.. BEST night sleep we’ve had in a while. Anything we needed or questioned, Kaitlyn responded within minutes. My advice, don’t double think this one… BOOK IT! We will be back.

If Kaitlyn’s place is available during your selected dates - BOOK IT. Such a beautifully renovated condo and squeaky clean. So many amenities in the condo - snacks (so helpful after a long travel day), shower gel, shampoo/conditioner, makeup towels (yay!), Qtips, and even extra toothbrushes. Anything you need is there! Location is wonderful - right on the water. Several pools on the ground floor for the kids to enjoy. I stayed with my 3 kids and we used all 3 beds. King is very comfy. Kaitlyn is also a superb communicator. She’s on top of your reservation at all times and even provided a quick nearby food option. A++++

Kaitlyn was superb in every way! Very personable, friendly, felt like we were friends. The place was excellent in every way. Clean doesn't adequately describe the place. Pristine! Comfortable furniture, the king bed was extra comfy. Everything we needed was there.
I would give Kaitlyn a 7 star rating as a host. Excellent in every way. My wife and I have traveled for the past 14 months, stayed in a lot of hotels, some airbnbs, personal apartments, etc - this was the one of the top 3.

AMAZING all the way around! The condo and host exceeded my expectations! The atmosphere was so warm and welcoming just as pictured. I usually have a hard time getting comfy when I travel but this place left me feeling right at home. I had everything I needed so my car didn’t move until it was time to come back home. Kaitlyn’s proactive communication with detailed instructions really made things much easier.
I was there for Christmas and the place was decorated so nicely with some holiday cheer and they even left me a few gifts under the tree(so thoughtful as it included a hand written note).
I’ve used Airbnb for over 10 years and this has been the BEST experience and most comfortable stay. From the communication to the decor and not to mention the well equipped kitchen; it’s certainly 10/10!
